I'm pretty sure most of the folks responding here understand exactly what you are saying. They are disagreeing with your point of view. That doesn't make them wrong.
I've been flying cov ops in wh for years. I'm comfortable with it be how it is and adapt fits to various needs. Part of the engaging and interesting part of eve is that you have a lot of fitting choices for every ship in the game. These choices have pros and cons. If all ships could be easily fit for all purposes...... BORING!!
You decided you need a MWD. That's fine. The penalty for that great speed is reduced cap and the fitting costs. If you go AB, you'll free up a lot (frigate scale) of grid for other stuff. If you go no prop mod you'll be crazy slow, BUT awash in luxurious amounts of power grid.
I think you know all this and are just trying to put one over on CCP and this forum. |

It's your thread, I challenge you to convince me that a cov ops frig whose ROLE is stealth and primary asset is to warp cloaked needs a mwd.
I don't think it needs one. If you want one, then give up a slot for a fitting mod or an implant that allows you to do what you want. |
